Arrive & Meet

Our first evening together is centered around slowing down, arriving fully into the space, and connecting with the other humans attending the retreat. We’ll get acquainted with the property, settle into the rhythm of the next few days, share a community meal, and create the foundation for a nourishing and restorative experience ahead. The evening will close with our first Ember Session — fireside moments filled with meaningful conversation, reflection, laughter, connection, and a chance to unwind together before rest.

Monday & Tuesday

Reset + Restore + Reconnect

Our days begin slowly with sunrise walks, gentle movement, grounding practices, and nourishing meals designed to support your mind + body + soul. The rhythm of the retreat creates space for both community connection and intentional free time, allowing you to listen to what your body is asking for throughout the day.

Evenings bring us back together for shared meals, sound baths, and ember sessions as we prepare for a restful sleep.

Adventure Day

Adventure Day starts with our grounding morning routine before we head out together for a curated local experience filled with adventure, connection, great food, and live music. Everything is thoughtfully planned so you can simply relax and enjoy the experience. We’ll end the evening with an Ember Session after returning to our oasis for rest and restoration.

Thursday

The Gentle Return

The Gentle Return begins with our familiar morning rhythm of sunrise walks, gentle movement, meditation, and breakfast together one final time. We’ll close the retreat with reflection, connection, and integration before organized activities conclude around 11am. Afterward, the house remains open for you to relax, recharge, pack, or simply enjoy a slow final afternoon before departing. To support cleanup and reset for the space, we ask that all departures take place by 6pm.
